TRAVEL REQUIRED: 50-75%
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Represent Cemen Tech to provide our customers with a superior buying experience and support growth in all facets of the business including parts, service, refurbishments and new equipment sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
More specifically, the person will:
- Implement a plan to develop our sales organization and strategies to increase sales in new and current markets.
- Manage customer relationships in your territory to improve customer satisfaction.
- Work with Parts and Service teams to ensure customer concerns and issues are promptly addressed.
- Manage CRM with customer contacts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and trends relevant to our customer’s businesses.
- Maintain competency in Cemen Tech’s equipment so that you’re able to comfortably use and demonstrate it in the field as well as support basic questions from operators.
- Increase sales over 20% annually within your territory.
- Support sales of Parts and Service within your territory.
- Work to identify new markets and customers to expand the overall market for volumetric mixers.
- Develop strategies for converting competitive users.
- Set and manage your own travel schedule to provide maximum value to the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- At least three years of field sales experience
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and events going on at any given time.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated for success.
EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales leadership or marketing capacity
